Hand-out Dates: Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or
Saturday, August 1, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: Boone Grove Middle School Football Field
All players will receive their football equipment and uniforms on this date.
Practice packs (including practice jersey and practice pants) will also be
available for $25.00.
ALL REGISTRATION FORMS, BIRTH CERTIFICATES, PHYSICAL FORMS,
REPORT CARDS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE DUE AT TIME OF
EQUIPMENT HAND-OUT ON JULY 26, 2009 AND/OR AUGUST 1, 2009. NO
CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE, NOR WILL EQUIPMENT BE HANDED
OUT, IF ALL FORMS AND FEES ARE NOT SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 1, 2008

SPORTS PHYSICALS BEING OFFERED AT BOONE
GROVE HIGH SCHOOL
GROVE HIGH SCHOOL
Sports Physicals will be offered at Boone Grove High School on
July 30, from 5 to 7PM. Cost will be $20 per athlete, or $50 for
an immediate family of 3 or more athletes.

the IHSAA Physical form by clicking on this SCHOOL link.
The IHSAA form CANNOT be used for Pop Warner, but is
mandatory for children to participate in school athletics

Boone Grove-Winfield Pop Warner will be sponsoring a Golf
Outing Fundraiser on Sunday, August 2, 2009. Golf begins at
12:30 PM. Dinner and refreshments will be served immediately
following golf. Prizes, raffles, and silent auction items will be
available. Tickets are $80 per golfer/$300 per foursome, and
includes 18 holes of golf, cart, and dinner. The event will be held
at The Course at Aberdeen, Rt. 2, Valparaiso. For an Event

We are in need of hole sponsors. If you or your business wish to
sponsor a hole, please contact a BGWPW Board Member.
